North Pole Breakfast 2011

Excitement abounded this morning shortly after I burst into Sleeping Beauty's room to tell her that something magical and exciting had happened in the kitchen.  She jumped out of bed and rushed to the kitchen to find that Poppy the Elf had finally arrived!  (She had been patiently awaiting his arrival)

He had set the table in Christmas festivity and served up North Pole delicacies such as Sno-balls (Hostess), Snowman Kisses (white chips) and Snow Drops (mini-marshmallows).  All was served with a cup of cold cocoa (chocolate milk) because everyone knows the North Pole is so cold, hot cocoa just doesn't stay hot.  :)

Poppy brought presents too!  He brought of new pair of Hello Kitty fleece jammies, a Santa & Elf coloring book, and jingle bells.  He also included his book and an Advent calendar to help count down the days.  So fun!  I can't wait to do this every year.  It's completely worth the joy it brings.
